1. PLSIGNs of each beneficiary sign the Declaration of Honour

2. The EC prepares the Grant Agreement for signing on the Participant Portal

3. The coordinator’s PLSIGN signs the Grant Agreement on the Participant Portal

4. The EC signs the Grant Agreement

5. PLSIGNs of each beneficiary sign the Accession Form (Annex 3) to the Grant Agreement (up to 30 days after the Grant Agreement takes effect)

6. Grant Agreement is finalised
